ODD Brownfield payment: We recently received the grant balance from ODD Brownfield for the revitalization of Edgerton Metals site in the amount of $1,233,718.22. Previously we requested Councils approval to receive the revenue and issue payments. Since we established this method with each payment request, we will continue to practice the same procedure for transparency and clarity, even though it is not technically necessary at this point since we have already received the revenue.
- Motion to approve and issue payment for invoice #88068 to August Mack Environmental in the amount of $57,337.72 for the Edgerton Metals Brownfield Remediation Project (Edgerton Revitalization DEV-2022-193553) for project invoices through July 20, 2025:

St Joseph Agreement: Fire contract and donation acceptance: The Village of Edgerton and St. Joseph Township have presented for your approval a supplemental agreement that builds upon our existing Fire Protection and Jaws of Life Services contract. This new side agreement enables the Township to expend fire funds to the Village not only for operational support but also for capital purchases necessary to maintain reliable fire protection. As part of this effort, the Township has committed $25,000 toward the outfitting of a new utility fire truck—part of a larger estimated ~$90,000 planned project. This agreement is effective through December 31, 2027, and includes provisions for future capital contributions, each transaction subject to approval by both the Township Trustees and Village Council. The agreement has been reviewed and accepted by our law director.
